the dave watkins super secret twenty ten mix page!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
i figured i'd put a little end of the year mix together that features a handful of my favorite music that came out this year. it's by no means definitive, cause if i put all of my favorites together from the year the mix it would go on for hours. so instead the intent was to assemble a mostly cohesive collection of songs that flowed pretty well from one into another, as the overall listening experience from the start of a mix to the end is super important to me. i also wanted to include (with a couple of exceptions) songs and artists that didn't really make it into a lot of the big end of the year lists that are floating around right now, and are a little under the radar. Also the very first song on the mix is a brand new song of mine that'll end up on my new record that's gonna come out... sometime... anyway, i hope you all enjoy this little collection and all of it's end of the year sentiment, it's been a hell of a year with plenty of ups and downs, and i thank you all for being a part of it, and look forward to sharing more amazing musical moments with you in 2011.
